Description

SUMMARY: Responsible for positive members’ and guests’ experience at the CCV aquatics facility while maintaining accurate administrative records.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Ensure accurate daily check-ins of members and guests with gate attendants and recommend improvements to tasks

  • Ensure proper daily sign-ins and sign-outs for programs

  • Know and enforce the club rules and policies

  • Support deck attendants by assisting with deck cleanliness, recreation activities, event and program set-up as needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly supervise several employees in the Aquatics Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Club's policies. Responsibilities include training employees; assigning and directing work; providing recognition; and appraising performance.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods of time and walk. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.

 

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:

It is Club policy not to hire any employee under the age of 16. Must have a valid driver’s license to drive carts.
