|Title:||Swim and Dive Team Assistant - Summer 2017|
SUMMARY: Responsible for Devilfish team spirit and assisting the coaching staff to ensure a successful swim and dive team season.
Provide platinum service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for members, guests, and staff
- Know and embrace the mission statement and platinum service basics
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Knowledgeable about Devilfish swim and dive team programs and activities
Exhibit proper phone etiquette and personal interactions to meet Club standards
Responsible for Devilfish “spirit” including photos, “team gear,” Devilfish boards, meet giveaways, etc.
Responsible for some administrative tasks
Assist with departmental marketing by taking photos at Devilfish meets, events, and socials.
Organize and attend all Devilfish socials and events with youth department
Set up, take down and attend all home swim and dive meets
- Attend away swim and dive meets as needed
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related experience on swim and dive teams.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for lengthy periods of time and walk. The employee is regularly required to lift/move up to 50lbs unassisted. Employee is regularly required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Employee is also required to stand and reach with hands and arms and regularly use hands and fingers.
