SUMMARY: Provide quality aquatics programs for youth while supporting aquatics department operations.
- Provide platinum service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for members, guests, and staff
- Know and embrace the mission statement and platinum service basics
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Supervise successful delivery of aquatics programs including all group and private lessons for youth
Actively participate in programs and teach lessons when necessary
Hold weekly meetings and provide feedback and instruction
Maintain records for programs including member visits and charges
Maintain and organize program supplies, equipment, and storage areas
Develop new ideas for aquatics programs and actively market programs and services
Address member issues and/or concerns and respond appropriately
Assist in all aquatics events as well as swim team and meets if needed
- Provide support to aquatics facility
- Assist with year-round clinics and Masters swim if
Directly supervise 3-5 employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Club's policies. Responsibilities include interviewing and selecting staff, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, maintaining inventory, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required. Experience teaching and/or coaching swimming required.

Child and Infant CPR, WSI

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: It is Club policy not to hire any employee under the age of 16. Must have a valid driver’s license to drive carts.
