IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician provides end-user support and training to CCV staff. He or she is the first point of contact for approximately 180 users, and help desk experience is preferred. Responsibilities involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems of PCs, including point-of-sale clients and printers. The Technician will also assist in IT-related projects and the management of the network infrastructure. The Technician reports to the IT Director and is a critical part of the small IT department.
EDUCATION: College or technical degree required.
Microsoft Exchange Server, Outlook clients
Microsoft Office applications
Management of hybrid, networked environments
Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service focus, including follow-up, as well as excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, presentation, and project management skills.
