Description
SUMMARY: Set and clean dining room tables in order to assist servers in providing quality and timely food and beverage service to members and guests.
 
EXPECTATIONS:
  • Provide platinum service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for members, guests, and staff
  • Know and embrace the mission statement and platinum service basics
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
  • Assist in carrying food trays to tables
  • Pour water in guests’ glasses
  • Remove soiled dishes from tables and bring to dish washing area
  • Wipe chairs and clean surrounding area
  • Set tables with silverware, glasses and other items according to CCV standards
  • Bake fresh bread and bring to tables as needed
  • Prepare desserts and bring to tables as needed
  • Assist servers with side work as needed
  • Pick-up daily requisitions from main storeroom
  • Store requisitions in proper areas
  • Report to work on time and in proper uniform
  • Assist in training new Server Assistants
SCHEDULE: This is a part-time position averaging 20-30 hours per week. Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Primary shifts are 10:00AM-2:30PM and 4:00PM-10:00PM Monday - Sunday. Applicants need to have open weekend availability and be able to work 4-5 shifts per week including weekdays. 
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Less than high school education and no experience necessary.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand for lengthy periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employee is regularly required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Employee is also required to stand and reach with hands and arms and regularly use hands and fingers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. 
 
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
It is Club policy not to hire any employee under the age of 16.
Server Assistants are not serving alcohol; minimum age requirement of 16 applies.
