The Country Club of Virginia is seeking part-time Banquet Servers. Qualified candidates will be at least 18 years old and will demonstrate a strong customer service orientation, dependability and attention to detail. Serving experience helpful but not required. SCHEDULE: Part-time (approximately 20-25 hours) working 3-5 shifts per week. Shifts are primarily on weekends, occasionally weekdays or weeknights.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand for lengthy periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employee is regularly required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Employee is also required to stand and reach with hands and arms and regularly use hands and fingers.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Must be at least 18 years old in order to serve alcohol and at least 21 years old to tend bar (includes all Banquet serving staff). Applicants must be at least 21 years old for this position if they are to train as a bartender for functions.
